Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and product details may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Back orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. Shipping times after that depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Buyer pays return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Product Use

Our baits are intended for legal recreational fishing. You are responsible for following the fishing regulations in your state. Small parts — keep away from children and pets.

Intellectual Property

All site content — logos, product names, photos, copy — is owned by State Line Bait Co. or licensed to us. Don't reuse it without written permission.

User Content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Macon County, Tennessee.
