Processing

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from Lafayette, TN. Back orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your package leaves the shop.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us within 14 days of the ship date and we'll make it right.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Buyer pays return shipping unless we made the mistake or the item arrived defective. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened bait bags, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale.
